TwoStickStudio buils ad-supported games. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have questions, just reach out — contact details are at the bottom.

Information Collection and Use

To give you a good experience — like saving your progress and keeping the game running smoothly — we collect a small amount of information. Here's what that includes:

Game progress data — which puzzles you've completed, your star ratings, Daily Loop history, and hint balance. This is stored locally on your device only and is not sent to our servers.
App settings — your theme and sound preference, stored locally on your device.
Purchase records — if you upgrade to Pro, we receive a token from Google Play confirming your purchase. We don't receive payment details.
App usage data — events like which levels you complete and how often you use the Daily Loop, collected through Firebase Analytics. This helps us understand what's working and improve the game.
Advertising identifiers — your device's ad ID, used by Google AdMob to show you relevant ads (free users only). You can opt out of personalised ads at any time in your Android settings under Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

We don't collect your name, email, phone number, or payment details. All payments go through Google Play — we only receive a token to confirm what you bought.

Third-Party Services

The game uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

Log Data

If something goes wrong in the app, we collect log data through Firebase Crashlytics to help us diagnose the problem. This may include your device model, operating system version, app version, and the sequence of events leading to the crash. This data is used solely for fixing bugs and does not include personal information.

Cookies

The game itself doesn't use cookies. Some third-party libraries it uses might — you can choose to accept or refuse cookies in your device settings.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Game progress is stored locally on your device using Android's standard app preferences storage. Data transmitted to third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) is sent over HTTPS. That said, no system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

LineLoop is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has shared personal information with us, please get in touch and we'll delete it straight away.

Your Data Rights & Deletion Requests

You have the right to request access to or deletion of the data associated with your use of LineLoop.

Local data — game progress and settings stored on your device can be deleted at any time by clearing the app's data in your Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.
Analytics and crash data — to request deletion of data held by Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, email us at twostickstudio@gmail.com. We'll submit a deletion request to Google on your behalf.
Ad identifiers — you can delete your advertising ID at any time via Android settings under Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

We'll respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the game after changes are posted means you're okay with them.
